Product Details of Acrylic/PVDC-coated BOPP films

Acrylic/PVDC BOPP-coated film performs well. It features hot tack on both sides, aroma barrier properties, and moisture resistance. It is suitable for high-speed FFS machines, with a thickness of 20–50 microns and a customized width of up to 2000 mm.

Three types of coated BOPP films are available: single-sided acrylic-coated, double-sided acrylic-coated, and acrylic + PVDC films.

  • Transparent barrier film (single-sided acrylic): It’s made from BOPP. One side has an acrylic coating, and the other side has a special treatment.
  • Transparent barrier (double-sided acrylic) film: based on BOPP, transparent on both sides and coated with an acrylic layer.
  • Transparent barrier (acryl + PVDC) film: Based on BOPP, transparent and coated with acrylic on one side and a PVDC coating on the other side.
