Steps to use:
Step 1: Prepare the package.
Stack the goods neatly on the pallet; make sure the height and width meet the specifications of the selected shrink bag. Check the stability of the goods to avoid loosening.
Step 2: Setting the Shrink Bag
Attach the shrink bag to the palletized goods from the top, ensuring that the bag completely covers the goods and extends to the bottom of the pallet. Adjust the bag to fit the surface of the shipment to avoid excessive wrinkles.
Step 3: Heat Shrink Sealing
Using a heat gun or other specialized shrink equipment, heat the shrink bag evenly from the bottom up until it is snug against the surface of the shipment. Pay attention to temperature control (e.g., 5 mil thickness requires moderate heating) to ensure that the seal is waterproof and dustproof. Check for completeness when finished.
